Market vendors are expected to be present the full length of the Market, regardless of weather conditions. For those extraordinary circumstances, vendors will provide at least 24 hour advance notice if they are unable to attend. No early breaking down of spaces. Refunds are NOT given for vendors who are not able to make it to the market for any reason. The market will be open rain or shine notwithstanding extreme weather events. This will be at the discretion of Mj&G Studio. Spaces will be assigned by Mj&G Studio and may be requested by vendor ahead of time on a first come first serve basis. All prices must be posted on some type of signage or display that is readily visible to the customer. All vendors shall be fully and solely responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction (inclusive of resale products). All vendors must arrive at least 30 minutes before the Market opens. Booths must be set- up and ready for business 15 minutes prior to Market opening time. Day before market set up is available upon request. Vendors are responsible for all trash removal and tidying up associated with their allotted retail space after each day of Market attendance. Vendors must abide by all applicable federal, state and local health regulations in the harvest, preparation, labeling and overall safety of the products offered at the Market. Vendors are responsible for cash wrap supplies. No second use plastic bags permitted (ie. plastic walmart bags). Each Vendor is required to post via social media with link to Mj&G Studio promoting event a minimum of 5 times prior to event. Only the absolute best customer service will be provided by all vendors. Attitude is everything and we expect a positive attitude throughout the event. Any grievances may be discussed with Mj&G Studio in private.
